“We own and operate a commercial cleaning company. One of our clients owns a cottage that sleeps 17-20 guests and we recently took on the responsibility of laundering sheets and towels, which can be an extensive amount of laundry. After doing some research in the area for drop off pick up laundry services, I came across Festiva! I contacted them via email and explained our situation. Carol was very responsive and helpful in explaining everything in great detail! We dropped off our first load of laundry (41lbs); Krystal D assisted us, and she was awesome! When we came in I noticed she was busy “cleaning” where the machines were. I waited a little while not to disturb her, but then I rang the bell. She was so kind and helpful the entire time. Super nice lady! So, the customer service was OUTSTANDING and far above what I expected!”
